Terms of Service

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory that turns out to be unavailable -- if we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment already made in full.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Some items may be listed as pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged at the time you place your order, not when the item ships. Estimated ship dates are our best estimate and may shift; we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

We do our best to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to your device's display. If we discover a pricing error on an order that hasn't shipped yet, we'll contact you before charging the corrected amount.

Discount codes, store credit, and gift card balances have no cash value, cannot be transferred for cash, and are subject to any limits or expiration shown at the time they were issued.

All designs, logos, product photography, and site content are the property of MK Apparel unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this shop or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
